Micheline Dansin Service Award
Each year the TASTE Family of Businesses awards one employee with the Micheline Dansin Service Award. Micheline started working for TASTE in 1989 for founder Peter Coe. Beaming with a smile and radiating kindness, she was the epitome of the TASTE Family Of Businesses work ethic. The love and passion she had for food, her job, and work family ran deep. She committed the last 30 years of her life to TASTE, driving from the Oceanfront five days a week until her recent passing in July 2020. The annual Micheline Dansin Service Award is a fitting tribute to this remarkable and unforgettable woman.
It is given to a TASTE Family Of Businesses employee who exemplifies customer service excellence, loyal service and a genuine love for food. Those selected in the past have been true examples of these qualities; going above and beyond for the company, our guests, clients, and each other.

Our Stacey Porth Award for Diligence and Dedication honors a very special team member who dedicated 12 years to TASTE, both in stores and at HQ, until her untimely passing in 2022. This award recognizes outstanding service through an exceptional combination of attendance, punctuality and hours worked – all areas where Stacey excelled.
